GMS Fire Extinguisher Bracket is engineered using precision laser cut and CNC bent stainless steel components. The entire assembly is shot peened for increased strength and a distinctive frozen silver finish, complemented by fully stainless steel mounting hardware.

Most universal fire extinguisher brackets are designed around for small, low capacity fire extinguisher units. The reason is simple - low structural load capacity. It is one thing to secure a compact mini handheld extinguisher with weight of 1 - 2kg and it is another to safely retain a significantly more capable but larger and heavier unit (4kg+). In the event of a crash, forces acting on mounted equipment can be extreme, over 50G. Under such conditions, it is critical that the fire extinguisher remains fully secured in its mount. Any failure in hardware, can turn essential safety equipment into a high-mass object subjected to uncontrolled movement - projectile. The GMS bracket is engineered with this in mind — ensuring the capable, large fire extinguisher stays firmly and safely locked in place when things go wrong. FEM optimization has been applied to achieve a low weight of only 1568g, without sacrificing structural integrity and safety. FEM simulations indicate the assembly (GMS fire extinguisher bracket + 3,9kg OMP CB0-0324 fire extinguisher mounted on it), is capable of withstanding significant frontal and lateral impact loads exceeding 50G in crash scenarios, ensuring exceptional rigidity under extreme conditions.
 
The design and positioning of the mounted fire extinguisher allow the driver, co-driver or back seat occupants to reach and release it quickly, without unbuckling the seat belts or exiting the seat. This ensures immediate accessibility in emergency situations, where every second counts.
