GMS carbon timing belt cover is designed to replace OEM plastic timing belt cover which due to its PVC materials is prone to wear and deterioration. Not a fatal issue, but ruins an overall aesthetics of your engine bay. GMS carbon timing belt covers weighs only 75g, which is almost 5x weight reduction compared to OEM part (347g). While we can not count this as a game changer i nterms of lap times, we can count this as a performance upgrade.
